At DDstepOnline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your DDstepOnline account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag to ensure protection during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely tape it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
